I've always enjoyed crime documentaries and how clues are utilized to solve cases. I think of myself as a modern problem solver.  My background as a healthcare and educational professional allows me to utilize clues from my learners in order to determine learning deficits and areas for growth. As an instructional designer, I take my experiences from working with a variety of learners and create solutions that are learner-centered and engaging. I pride myself on analyzing problems and designing and developing meaningful and effective learning solutions.

📤 I think outside the box. I approach learning challenges with creative solutions and effectively communicate and collaborate with all parties involved.

🤠 I have worn many hats including nurse, professor, and instructional designer. My diversified background makes me a great asset on any team. I am adaptable, responsive, and a team player.

🌱 I enjoy continuing my education and learning more about all things L&D. I recently completed my EdD and continue to explore and learn.

🚴‍♀️ In my free time, you can find me enjoying time with my family, mapping out my next camper van adventure, mountain biking, or discovering the world one food tour at a time.

💡 I value the difference effective training can make and look forward to working together!
